For one of our class projects we had to do a photo story on a person or place and i chose to do mine on this man. his name is Franklin a air force Veteran who currently works as a maintenance man on the fort hear. He was a very interesting man to talk to and I enjoyed the outcome  of the project.

Today I went with some friends  to DC for the Cherry Blossom Festival. The actual "Festival was not fun in my opinion was far to many people and greasy food crammed into one area and just made my comfort go down and my anxiety go up. But the actual cherry blossoms (located in other parts of the city other than the festival.) were beautiful and I loved them. It was a nice day to spend with friends the sun was beautiful. My favorite photos I took were the fish eye ones from the train station I wasn't to keen on before post processing but after words I really like them. Overall a fun day.

First Post in a while. Hoping to get back into regular posts or at least more frequent.

So for a school trip we went to Frederick  MD with a project. The goal of the project was to take different composition photos of a single location or person. I organized a shoot at the Weinberg Center for the Arts. So I called them scheduled a tour and got a very nice history of the building and met a very nice man(top Left) who is the manager of the theater. Now for a little history of the Theater. It was originally opened in Dec 23 1926 as a Tivoli movie theater and continued to be a movie theater till 1976. In 1976 their was a large flood covering all of the seats and the stage their was about five feet of water in the building.

All of the fixtures but the wall sconces are original to the building including a working Wurlitzer Organ.
Through out the years it has gone through many updates that are designed to make the building better while still keeping it historic and looking like a 1926 theater.
Currently they put on between 120 and 150 productions  a season including plays, movie festivals, silent movie party's, comedians, lectures, dance performances, and various music performances.

Overall in was a very cool enjoyable experience that i found very educational and enjoyable if anybody reading this ever is in the Frederick area I recommend visiting for a tour or seeing a performance.
